COVID-19 Update
March 18, 2020
Dear Customer,
As we continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation, we want to reassure you that BAC Community Bank remains open for business, and we continue our dedication to serving your needs. We’d like to remind you about the resources available to keep you in touch with us over the next few weeks.
Our online banking and mobile app services allow you to manage your accounts from the comfort of your home. You can view balances and important information like account and routing numbers, make transfers and pay bills. You can even securely deposit checks at your convenience with our Mobile Deposit service. Learn more about mobile banking or check out our “How To” videos at www.bankbac.com/mobile.
We are adjusting branch hours and implementing additional safety precautions to keep you safe. In an effort to limit potential health risks, effective March 21, 2020, all branch offices will be closed on Saturdays. Please visit www.bankbac.com/about-us/locations-hours for hours of operation. Our call center remains open for calls on Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm. You can reach us at 1-877-226-5820 or 209-473-6800.
Safety is paramount and, therefore, we have introduced a number of precautions at our branches.
- If you are wearing a mask for health purposes, we may require that you show your identification and/or BAC debit card prior to granting you access to the branch.
- If you appear to be visibly ill, staff may request that you handle your transaction at a Drive-up window or at an exterior ATM.
As your trusted financial partner, we have managed through many economic cycles by ensuring that we have strong capital, credit and liquidity at all times. We will navigate this challenging environment together and continue to be a source of stability and service for you.
Your money is safe and secure. At times like these, it’s natural for our customers to feel concerned about the safety of their money. We want to remind you that your deposits are safe in our bank and can be accessed by check, debit card, online and mobile banking. There is no need for you to increase your personal cash balances, in fact some agencies are advising against cash transactions at this time.
We hope you and your family are healthy and safe. As always, please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
It is a privilege to serve you.
